Therapist Overview
Do you experience anxiety, depression or negative self-esteem? Are you stuck in relationship patterns that leave you feeling hurt, isolated and emotionally drained? Are you ready to change the patterns that keep you stuck and reconnect with yourself? I’m a licensed psychologist specializing in both trauma and eating disorders. I use evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and long-term psychodynamic therapy. I’m also trained in family-based treatment (FBT) for eating disorders, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. I have dedicated my practice to helping others heal and break free from negative cycles of abuse – both within and outside oneself. I believe that creating a safe, non-judgmental space is a necessary foundation for building a strong therapeutic relationship. I am here to help you walk along your journey and rediscover your light.
