I work with individuals and pre-teens and teens in groups. The areas I focus on are depression, self-esteem, and body-image. We live in a world that negatively influences our perceptions of our body and food. My goal is to join you where you are in how you see yourself and work towards growth. I am here to listen, empathize, and help you or your loved one figure out what the next steps are. I am excited to hear from you and look forward to starting on your journey with mental health with you. Fees: 180 for intake assessment (90 minutes)/ 120 for 60 minute session- Sliding scale is on a case by case basis
