Therapist Overview

Life’s struggles and experiences can cause us to feel overwhelmed, or even at times, out of control. We want to change how we are feeling or how our child feels, but we don’t know how. We all experience moments like this in our lives and often we can persevere. At times though we need some help, and that’s okay. I work with parents, youth, and young adults to help and cultivate the change that they are seeking in their lives. In my practice I aim to provide a space which allows clients the ability to feel comfortable and heard. I seek to help those that are struggling with familial conflict, defiance in the home, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other issues. Life can be difficult and overwhelming, if you or your child are in need of services please do not hesitate to call or email me for a free phone consultation.
