Therapist Overview

Psychotherapy is a gift we give to ourselves. That hour per week we set aside to explore our inner worlds – our thoughts, our emotions, and our sensations – and get some relief, heal, integrate, and grow. It is an honor for me to share that hour with you, to accompany you, to witness you, and to discover with you.
