When I look at my own life the times of transition were often the most painful and also the places where the most growth and change happened. If you find yourself needing extra support as your try to become pregnant, struggle with mood issues during your pregnancy or postpartum; need help transitioning into parenthood; want to improve yourself and your relationships, or any other of life’s many transitions I would love to help you along your journey. I work with you on the issues you identify. We work together on your goals and at your pace, but with direction from my years of experience and extensive training.
