I enjoy working with individuals who are looking within themselves for the answers to the questions. The key to inner healing is partially about asking the right questions. I am best suited to working with individuals who struggle with anxiety; depression; childhood trauma and issues related to being raised in a home with alcoholic parents or family members. I have experience working with parents who have children with disabilities. It can be difficult to be parenting a child with a mental illness or autism. I am person-centered in my approach. I work collaboratively with individuals to help each reach his/her potential. My specialty is women survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and childhood trauma and issues related to adult children of alcoholics.
