Therapist Overview
The process of coming home to one’s self can be tender, and I hold it with care. I am passionate about supporting the cultivation of personal wholeness while tending to the discomfort found within the human experience. Through attuned listening, I witness clients make the unconscious material of their psyches and lives conscious. My practice serves adults and youth going through the many passages of life. My approach is rooted in a relaxed talk therapy style that integrates different approaches depending on client needs and desires including: Mindfulness-Based, Body-Centered, Gestalt, Transpersonal, and the Expressive Arts. I received my masters degree from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado in Clinical Mental Health with a concentration in Mindfulness- Based Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. My education taught me how to practice turning toward pain rather than resist it. Maybe you’re in the middle of a big transition, grieving, or feeling stuck. Perhaps you’re experiencing draining patterns in your relationships, exhausted by the news, or wanting to relate to your body differently. I would be happy to speak with you to see if I may be the best fit for the kind of support you are seeking for you or your child.
