As your therapist, I hope to embrace this and promote lasting change through individualized and direct interventions. I provide a responsive, approachable, and open-minded style that I hope puts all of my clients at ease and makes the therapeutic experience positive, genuine, and above all else, real. I have experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relational struggles, work-related issues, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, low self-esteem, women’s issues, and many other struggles. By using techniques and interventions from evidence-based approaches like solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapies, I hope to help clients see their problems in a more optimistic light, and know that they have the tools for change, they just need to be discovered.
