I draw from psychodynamic and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) approaches and invite my clients into an open experiment in which we can bring maladaptive habitual patterns into awareness and allow new ways of being to emerge.¨ I believe therapy offers the chance for an honest relationship that facilitates that change.
