Sometimes life can be unexpected and even difficult – for all of us. I specialize in counseling women, ages 8+. It is a privilege to meet my clients and provide encouragement, clinical guidance and support. I’ve had the privilege of providing therapy for 14 years to those seeking support in times of difficult life change, depression, a wide range of anxiety issues, panic, OCD, grief, relationship issues, children’s issues and other concerns. I provide clinical therapy and also spiritual counseling with a Christian-based background dependent on your personal preference and goals for treatment. I use a person-centered approach coupled with clinical expertise and strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to therapy in our office setting, I also offer telehealth video counseling. I will work with you on the causes of your concerns, guide you in learning helpful skills and to reach your desired goals, all at your desired pace.
