I work from a position of Cultural Humility to explore inter-generational trauma, anxiety, and depression. My clients range in age from 16 – 60 and together we work to identify interventions that reduce symptoms and increase quality of life. My style varies based on client needs where I utilize an integrative method to the counseling process reflecting on sources that encompass aspects of Mindfulness, DBT, and Solution-Focused therapy techniques. I mix strength-based strategies along with behavioral exploration and mindfulness to encourage self-awareness while promoting growth and change. In addition, to working with anxiety, and depression, I have experience helping people navigate new situations that may require a lifestyle adjustment.
