When you walk in the door, I want you to feel like you are in a safe space, and can express whatever is on your mind. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and create the life they want. I primarily work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or family issues. I also counsel couples and families, and will tailor your session to fit your unique needs and interests. Although I consider myself to be eclectic, I am primarily a Reality Therapist; I try focus on the “here and now” with you. I have great respect for how you would like to take an active role in your healing. I am the passenger in the sidecar, giving direction when needed; you are the motorist. I am now taking new clients and have availability on Wednesdays at Nueva Vida Behavioral Health and I will be taking new clients at Taylor Counseling Group starting in April of 2020.
