But what if it doesn’t feel magical or what if you are having difficulty conceiving or what if you have experienced the devastating loss of a pregnancy? For many, the road to and through motherhood have been more challenging. Are you feeling more fear, anxiety and sadness instead? Does your motherhood reality feel different than you thought it would? I can help. You are not alone, you are not to blame and with help you will be well. My passion is helping moms navigate their journey to and through motherhood. I have advanced training and experience in the areas of infertility, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and infant loss. I have a masters level degree in clinical mental health with a certification in perinatal mood a and anxiety disorders. I am an Arizona native, enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 young children
