My belief is that the human capacity for healing is limitless. I also believe trauma can be healed. My specialty is working with trauma, PTSD, and Anxiety. My strength is in treating people according to their need and getting to the root of the issues bothering them. I have extensive experience in the counseling field working with individuals, families, couples, domestic violence, and provided clinical supervision to staff and interns from various universities. My group experience as a facilitator is yet another strength. I enjoy working with teens as well. My practice, located at Safe Harbor, is one block west of Rt 47 in Sugar Grove, IL.
