Therapist Overview

My style is compassionate and supportive. I specialize in working with individuals to enhance growth, build life satisfaction, and increase connection in their lives. I have over 15 years of experience facilitating positive changes and improving self-connection and relationships. Clients often report feeling less shame and disconnection following our work. My practice has largely focused on issues related to the LGBTQIA communities. I help my clients understand their histories, develop self-compassion, and offer new, healthy ways of seeing and being in the world. I use an eclectic approach drawing upon psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness approaches. I am an out of network provider to insurances. I file out of network claims on behalf of my clients to simplify the process and reduce administrative barriers. Please email me with any questions to determine if we would work well together.
