Therapist Overview
I recently moved from upstate New York to Appleton, Wisconsin. I’m loving life in the Midwest! I am happy to say I am finally licensed in Wisconsin, and I am also fully licensed in NY. Additionally, to help with challenges related to COVID-19, I hold a temporary license in several states including NJ, MA, and OR. At this time, I am ONLY seeing clients virtually using a HIPAA-compliant app called Spruce for video-based telehealth sessions. I am not currently taking on new clients, but I look forward to having a few anticipated openings in July. Be well. My approach is integrative, collaborative, and strengths-based. My theoretical orientation leans towards interpersonal process and psychodynamic, with a focus on how individuals often get stuck in difficult patterns in relation to self and others. However, I also teach clients empirically support tools from CBT, DBT, and ACT approaches.
