I use an integrative therapy approach to many of life’s problems with a specialty in depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, loss, grief, and trauma. While I enjoy working with individuals presenting with a variety of concerns, I have additional expertise in EMDR therapy, an effective treatment for resolving recent or past trauma such as sexual assault/abuse and automobile accidents, to name a few.
