Therapist Overview

Let’s work together to make your life better. I work with addictions, teens, sexual abuse, marriage/relationship problems and LGBTQ issues. I also work with those who are experiencing anxiety or fears about success, wish to improve coping and relationship skills, and to experience greater fulfillment in life. Culture, worldview, and knowledge of self represent the solution to problems as individuals–and as a society. I envision a world where everyone is authentic, engaged, and makes empowered choices rooted in passionate purpose. My primary method is called Belief Systems Analysis. Using a science-based survey, we can discover real strengths and begin to build upon them. This can also enhance your work if you care for people, in your work or family. This holistic approach acknowledges worldview, relationships, and community. I enjoy working in an Integral approach which involves achieving self-worth, balance and wholeness. I incorporate breathing techniques, yoga and other approaches
