My approach to therapy is a collaborative, strengths-based, Solution Focused perspective and I deliver it in an empathetic, non-confrontational, and non-judgmental manner. Meeting my clients where they are and helping them get through life’s journey creating healthier relationships. I bring 25 years of combined military and civil service experience that allowed me to travel and work with individuals in different capacities from all over the world. I gained life and leadership skills that I continue to use in practice today when working with individuals, couples or groups.
