Hello! Seeking help and relief? I am accepting new clients and welcome the opportunity to hear what has been going on in your life. Treating the anxiety and depressive symptoms that often come up when a person has healing or adjusting to do around stressful (or traumatic) life experiences is a particular interest for me. My approach includes helping people to gain new skills to navigate current challenges, grieve the losses they have faced, and develop more healthy relationship patterns moving forward. I spent part of my career working with school age and college students may be well suited for young adults looking for a therapist. Working with ‘helping professionals’ (police, teachers, nurses, therapists) is another area if interest. I love helping these people “refuel” and build resilience in contexts of having to give so much of their selves daily.
