Our emotional pain doesn’t just have to be tolerated or managed. Together we can find a path towards recovery so you can move forward with more self awareness, understanding and control. I believe that therapy can provide a safe and contained space to do the hard work necessary to make the changes you need. I have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy using psychodynamic processing, EMDR, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have worked at CU Boulder for the last 9 years My style is warm and validating, while also being able to challenge you to confront the emotions and barriers that are getting in your way so you can make the changes needed.
