Welcome. Please feel free to call with any questions about the information below. I provide both short-term and long-term therapy services for Adults and Seniors in Los Alamitos. My primary treatment approach is integrated (utilizing both psychodynamic and CBT modalities). I have particular expertise in diagnostic clarification. Additionally, my training in psychopharmacology allows me to collaborate effectively with physicians/psychiatrists and to provide comprehensive support when needed. I also offer clinical hypnosis, breathwork, and somatic based techniques as an adjunct to therapy. My hours are: Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm.
