Therapist Overview

Are you and your spouse/partner looking for virtual counseling? Do you feel as though your typical relationship issues are being exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic? For couples experiencing stress and conflict related to the pandemic, I specialize in relational stress and attachment issues. In these times it is normal to feel anxiety, depression, grief, stress, fatigue, irritability, and more, and I enjoy helping clients work through current and past hurts and imagine new ways to move forward. I have experience volunteering at The Healing Center in Seattle working with kids and teens who have experienced the death of a loved one. After undergoing my own personal grief journey, I have found that I enjoy helping kids, teens, adults, and families on their journeys through grief and loss. As a couples and family therapist intern working primarily out of narrative theory, I highly value social justice, feminism, and equity in my approach. I work to challenge harmful notions in our culture while working with clients to find and live their true values. I welcome individuals and couples from the LGBTQIA+ community and other minoritized groups.
