As a therapist, I enjoy being able to collaborate with individuals and families to help others learn and grow in their understanding of mental health. Growing up in a small town guided my decision to pursue my passion of promoting awareness in rural Nebraska and providing education to others so that we can help support each other through the stress and challenges of life. Over the past 10 years I have developed a passion for joining with others in whatever season they are in to become a part of their support system to work towards their personal goals and promote overall wellness. I believe my role as a therapist is to provide tools and insight to help clients live more successful and fulfilling lives.
