My practice is based on focusing on the strengths of my client’s and I utilize a number of theoretical foundations of which to support each client based on their respective needs, such as earth-community therapies, feminist therapy, existentialism, Jungian psychoanalysis and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and liberation psychology.
