Therapist Overview

There is hope and peace that each of us can find in the difficult, painful times of life. The pressures on the inside and outside make this hope and peace difficult to find. My goal is to be an understanding, knowledgeable voice to help, support, and guide you from where you are to where you want to be. My passion is providing mental health care for individuals, families and communities. Most importantly, I am a Christian who believes that everyone has immense worth, that personal choice is sacred, and the Divine love – offered to all – possesses the power to transform any situation bringing peace, hope, and joy! Over the past six years, I have empowered families, couples and individuals from diverse backgrounds facing many challenges. Much of my work has been with families, youth and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, disruptive mood dysregulation, substance use, identity issues, grief and loss, and emphasize attachment and neuropsychology. The journey of mental health and wellness can be a difficult one to navigate and the relationship with your therapist is the most important element. Because of this, I invite you to call, text, or email me! We can discuss your concerns, hopes, goals, and see if we would be a good “fit.” We can then sit down and layout a road-map for accomplishing your goals.
