Sometimes life can be challenging, to the point that you might feel overwhelmed with everything that is occurring and finding someone to talk to can be difficult at best. I use Integrative psychotherapy techniques in my work with adolescents, adults, & couples which allows me to consider the individual characteristics, preferences, needs, abilities, spiritual beliefs, & motivation level of each individual client and presenting concern. By combining elements drawn from different schools of psychological theory & research I aim to be more flexible & inclusive, making therapy something to look forward to.
