Therapist Overview
*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* Each of us is in search of deeper meaning in our lives, our relationships, and our work. Sometimes, we miss the forest for the trees and realize that we have let life pass us by. The unique human condition requires us to balance autonomy and choice with fear and pain. We have the ability for deep connection, hurt, and triumph. In our work together, we will take a look at the things that are holding you back from living the life you want to be living. I approach this work from an integrationist framework pulling from several theories. I believe that humor and irreverence are uniquely useful tools for healing and growth. I have found that deep and meaningful connections coupled with a little bit of fun go a long way. My specialty areas are trauma, relationships, anxiety, and personal growth. There is often so much happening in your life when you are searching for a therapist, so just take a minute, take a deep breath and know that you’re exactly where you ought to be. If you’re thinking we might be a good fit, send me an email and let’s get to talking!
