I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that client’s are able to make real, lasting changes in a therapeutic environment that is supportive and nonjudgmental. I strive to provide a safe and insightful space for individuals, couples, and families who are ready to make those changes. I accept client’s of any ranges, from children to older adults. My specialities include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD, life changes, and relationship issues. I am also a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, which allows me to work with populations of people who have been living with chronic mental health issues. I believe that our thoughts are very powerful, and being able to gain control over our thoughts can, in fact, improve our lives.
