I believe that therapy means authenticating parts of oneself, whether you view those parts as negative or positive. Once you actualize aspects of yourself into light then we can work on changing or emphasizing them. I pride myself on being an affirmative space for individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ because I identify within that community as well. I love working with the gender diverse population and know that therapy goes beyond just writing letters. My experience also includes working with individuals who have anxiety, depression and post trauma related symptoms. Please note that I use super bills for insurance reimbursement.. I come from compassionate place and aim to help you make positive changes along the way of self discovery. However, I am not afraid to encourage my client to challenge themselves in session. I will always be there to help you process and feel safe from what comes out of going beyond your perceived limits. I like to be realistic with my clients and set expectati
