I specialize in working with individuals struggling with disordered eating and body image. I will work with you at your own pace to address these concerns and to share the information you truly need to process. I use an integrative approach that focuses on management of difficult emotions, healthy coping, and challenging negative thoughts that maintain disordered eating. In addition, I have a specific focus in working with individuals struggling with fertility and prenatal and post-natal concerns. I offer a supportive place to shed tears of fertility struggles, difficulties of pregnancy, and problems adjusting to becoming a parent. While these are my current clinical areas, I am open to working with many concerns. I have worked in a variety of settings including University Counseling Centers, Houston VA, and Texas Children’s Hospital.
