Therapist Overview

Therapy can be a transformative and liberating process that allows us to uncover hidden meanings beneath the patterns and behaviors that keep us stuck. I offer an in-depth approach where we work together to explore the areas of your life and identity in which you struggle. In order to build this type of relationship, I will provide you with a culturally sensitive, open, and accepting environment that enables exploration of experience and being. I have experience working with clients who struggle with addiction, depression & anxiety, relationship & attachment issues, men’s issues, LGBTQ+ issues, grief, and trauma. I currently provide services via distance counseling through a HIPPA compliant platform with an additional focus on managing the stress, anxiety, and uncertainty from COVID-19. I believe the relationship with your therapist is a powerful and important one. I offer up to a 30 minute free phone consultation to assess if I am a good fit for what you need.
