Therapist Overview
I have been working with adolescents and their families for ten years, helping them with anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, school difficulties and a variety of issues. I take a personalized, strengths based, solutions focused approach using techniques designed to best suit the individual. My focus is on helping adolescents, including those on the autistic spectrum. I believe the adolescent today faces many challenges, some timeless and others unique to this generation. My goal for clients in therapy is to help foster growth from adversity, in a relaxed and nonjudgmental environment.
