Therapist Overview

Seeking help is an act of bravery that deserves an environment of trust and acceptance. I work to create a safe, welcoming space that encourages healing and positive change. If you are experiencing the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or other emotional concerns, I can guide you through identifying and achieving your goals. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and use it along with other treatment approaches depending on individual needs. EMDR has proven to be an effective way to relieve the distress of traumatic memories and other emotional and behavioral issues. Each person is a unique individual, so there is no perfect “one size fits all” treatment for people or their problems. Because of this, we will find an individualized mix of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you build on strengths and develop new skills. I am accepting new clients and have evening appointments available.
