Welcome! It is my privilege to meet with others as they seek to address issues that get in the way of living a full and meaningful life. Specific symptoms or distress that I work with at Gnade Integrative Care include the following: Interpersonal Difficulties, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Addictions, Panic Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex/Developmental Trauma, Personality Disorders, and other Disorders of Emotional and Behavioral Regulation as seen in Eating Disorders and Substance Use Disorders. Collaborative, compassionate and integrative care is my intention. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) from a Somatic and Attachment Perspective (S.A.F.E.) and utilize concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
