Dreams, waking and actual, can be explored and a need to discover and embrace your identity, in all of it’s forms can be met. I provide a space where you can truly be seen and heard; a space where we can explore together to find the barriers holding you back from emerging as your truest self and then creating and executing a plan to get past those barriers to be in touch with and emerge as your truest self. Change is hard, even when it is positive change. Taking that first step to get the support you need, in order to take more steps in the direction of healing and growth, is brave and doable.
