If you are struggling with anxiety and depression or self harm tendencies I would like to work with you to help teach some coping skills and use a empathetic approach to help you to start feeling better about yourself. I work best with adults and teens but also work with children. I enjoy using art to help children express themselves. I specialize in CBT techniques and focus on working with you as a team to find the answers that you need. I work on cognitive restructuring and reducing negative statements. I use mindfulness and other relaxing techniques. I also work using narrative therapy approach. I am starting training in EMDR October 2019 should be fully trained near December.
