I am a counselor who collaborates with my client to help them find information and skills to help improve functioning for areas in which he or she wants to improve. I have been a counselor since 1998 and have worked as a counselor in a high school, hospital, mental health clinics and private practice. I have been a college instructor and am a member of the Greater Good Science Center (UC-Berkeley), and frequently participate in education through them. Though I work with many populations in general mental health counseling I also have participated in significant professional development to specialize in working with unique needs of athletes.
