Therapist Overview

I especially enjoy helping people through life transitions – from young adults adjusting to college to pregnant women and new moms. Adapting to new roles and making changes is exhausting, draining, and can leave you feeling lost and overwhelmed. Together, we can work to help you better manage these changes and integrate new roles – helping you feel empowered and more like yourself. In my practice, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to change negative thought patterns, mindfulness to develop coping and reduce stress, and Time Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy to improve relationships and self-esteem. Most importantly, together we find the best approach for you. Working at Cape Fear Psychological Services has given me the opportunity to help young adults, pregnant women, and new moms. It is an honor. If you think I might be the right fit for you, please visit my website at https://www.capefearpsychologicalservices.com/ to learn more and schedule your first appointment.
