Therapist Overview
Families often find themselves feeling stuck after major life transitions such as loss of employment, parenthood, mental health struggles or ruptures in trust and these experiences lead them to reach outside of the couple or family for support. I work with couples and families navigating a wide range of struggles and strengths. Many are questioning how to best be in connection with each other and are looking for a way out of repeated negative cycles. I am deeply informed by my training at Ackerman Institute for the Family and approach couple and family therapy with great reverence, curiosity and desire to truly understand each person’s individual experience. I use a relational approach that decreases blame and uplifts each person’s strength and desire to experience love, connection and intimacy. If you are struggling in relationship to those that are most important to you, or are feeling stuck in an unwanted pattern, please reach out. Together we can help you find new ways of being in
