As a psychotherapist who holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with focus on Mental Health and has completed all coursework towards a doctorate degree in psychology, I enjoy working with adults and adolescents by walking each individual through the difficult challenges and valleys of life. Events occur that may seem unbearable or overwhelming in life. I offer a nonjudgmental, listening ear during these times and offer to incorporate spirituality into our counseling sessions upon request. As a psychotherapist, I work with a variety of presenting issues, including: anxiety, depression, substance abuse, military-related (i.e., PTSD/trauma), sexual/gender minority (LGBTQ), and vocational rehabilitation.
