Therapy is a protected space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment or rejection. My role is to help you find your way through inner conflicts and emotional difficulties. In therapy we work together to bring meaning and healing to your experience. Through the therapy process you may experience increased self-esteem and increased clarity about who you are and what’s important to you. If you’ve experienced abuse or trauma, I’ll work to help you regain a sense of physical and emotional safety, and help you create a healthy connection to yourself and others. As someone who has struggled with self-esteem and identity issues, I can help you re-frame self-defeating thoughts, resolve unconscious inner conflicts, and learn to value and trust your own experience.
