This year has changed our lives forever. While still providing traditional coaching and therapy, I am now implementing a new approach. I am excited to share this new approach with clients. This new approach has clearly made a difference for myself and others. My approach is warm and compassionate with an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship that we heal the source of the problem. Specialities include addictions, depression and anxiety. I am an expert in Parenting, taught classes for years, including writing a weekly column. I welcome challenging family dynamics and helping families heal. I develop a specialized plan for each client. An action-based approach can help clients reach their goals and maintain success.
