Therapist Overview

Currently not accepting new clients. I have always respected the power of stories. The real stories about our lives. We share our experiences, hear about our ancestors, and define who we are in this world through stories. Everyone’s story is important. Everyone has the right to author their own story and live their authentic life. In session we will focus on using your strengths and values to tackle depression, anxiety, loss, life transition, work-life balance, or self-esteem. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor. I provide Client Centered therapy through Value and Motivational- based interventions. I offer face to face therapy and remote video-conferencing therapy. In session we can explore the here-and-now, examine thought patterns, develop self care plan, or even use humor to embrace life and yourself. I specialize in Compassion Fatigue and Vicarious Trauma.
