David Hein

My goal is to help you bridge the gap between the person you are now, and the person you want to be. My collaborative approach with individuals and couples strives to understand where we come from, why we do what we do, where we are going, and how we can get there. Through our work together, we can explore what gives you a personal sense of meaning and purpose in the world, and how you can make lasting change in your life. I have worked with people to address a wide array of problems including depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts limiting their ability to reach their potential. My background includes a degree in social work from NYU, a certificate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and training for maternal and reproductive mental health.
