Therapist Overview

Do you find yourself thinking about food 24/7, shaming your body, and obsessing about exercise? If so, there is a way out. I will help you explore how rigid beliefs about food and body shape/size are preventing you from living the life you truly desire. Through a warm and exploratory approach, we will work together to challenge ways of thinking and coping that no longer serve you, develop new skills, and move toward greater peace with food and your body. Obsessing about food and your body does not have to rule your life. Nor do the the struggles of perfectionism and anxiety. We can work together to discover how to move toward acceptance and feeling centered in your life and body, using Intuitive Eating as a tool and Health at Every Size as a framework for our work together. Let’s create a space where you feel safe to figure out how to move away from these limiting beliefs about food and your body and begin to enjoy life with newfound freedom.
