~Currently at client capacity ~”Change is inevitable, Growth is optional!” It is believed that even though we and the society around us are constantly changing, taking the initiative to learn and grow helps us to understand the world and ourselves better. This phrase has driven my passion for self awareness and growth, and is what compels me to take a deeper dive into the realm of Professional Counseling. Through this therapeutic experience, the plan of action is to look at the difficult aspects of your life to identify areas that require growth whether it be in your career, family or personal affairs. I have a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling through Capella University. I also have a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Minoring in Interdisciplinary Health Studies.
