Therapist Overview

Making a change and healing from our pasts can feel overwhelming. Many people do not know where to start and interfering symptoms and behaviors can sometimes feel impossible to break through. At Crouch Counseling PLLC., it is my goal to help you change your path and start to live the life that you choose, the life you want. I focus on healing trauma and its many symptoms. Past traumas can intrude in all areas of life and present day functioning. We can see the effects of trauma in relationships, compulsive behaviors, addictions, family systems, anxiety, depression, phobias, and ability to make desired life changes. Mallory is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), a specialized form of therapy in the processing of trauma. Mallory also utilizes trauma informed, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and MI (Motivational Interviewing) to work through transitions.
