So much is happening in our lives today. It can be overwhelming. We can feel beaten down, anxious and judge ourselves as “not good enough.” Having a space to explore what’s going on in an atmosphere of acceptance and collaborative inquiry often provides the breakthrough you need to more forward in your life. I work with individuals and couples. I meet with clients online using Skype or phone calls and at their homes if you live in the Fremont area.
