My mission is to offer valid therapy models to challenge perceptions and behaviors that lead to bad choices. My goal is for Veterans and families to learn tools that enhance the quality of life for self and family. I can identifying with Veterans and respective families, the frustration and challenges faced in reconnecting with family and society upon return from deployments, and the need for Vets helping Vets. I am a combat Veteran of the Vietnam and Iraq wars. I use therapy templates that combine individual and family dynamics, challenging both with a hands-on and no nonsense approach in the effort to improve the mind-body-spirit elements to a more wholesome life.
